Baytec® Q
Systems for easy production of PUR elastomers without thermal post-treatment
In the Baytec® Q system, quasi-prepolymers, products with NCO-contents in the range of approx. 16 to 27% are produced according to the one-shot-process with polyoles and crosslinking agents to obtain PUR elastomers. It's typical processing temperature of 50 to 80°C is in most cases considerably lower as is the case with preprolymer systems. Thermal post-treatment is obsolete. Baytec® Q systems have been developed particularly with a view on cost-effective production and simplification of the process.
